Overview of Electrical System Program
The mechanical and electrical system in BEST is the power system that allow the energy supply equipment (including the generators etc) and the distribution system to receive electric power and send it out. The figure below shows an example of electric power flow diagram that is under development. Along with the flow of electric power, the program connects the load equipment (such as illumination, electrical outlet, elevator, heat source, air conditioning and plumbing etc) to the power source system, and calculates the power consumption.
Although this figure is an example of high-voltage receiving equipment and low-voltage generator (CGS, photovoltaic), it is possible to add a high-power receiving transformer and/or to replace the generator with high-voltage output.
As for the calculation part of the illumination and the electrical outlet which are usually included in electric system, please refer the construction program.
